Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account information: your email address, used to sign in and identify your seller account.
• Launch news sign-up: if you enter your email on our home page to hear about the launch, we store it only to email you about LaVault's launch. To be removed, contact us through our Contact Us page.
• Listing content: photos, titles, descriptions, and prices you choose to publish.
• Payment and shipping information: handled directly by Stripe when you buy or connect a seller account — we don't see or store full card details. We do receive and store limited transaction information (such as which listing was sold) to operate the Service.

2. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run LaVault, and share only what each needs to do its job:

• Stripe — payment processing, seller identity verification, and payouts.
• Supabase — account sign-in, database, and photo storage.
• Resend — sending sign-in codes and sale notification emails.

We don't sell your personal information to anyone, or share it for advertising purposes.

3. Cookies

LaVault uses only strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

4. International data

Our service providers may process or store data outside Australia (for example, Supabase's servers). By using LaVault, you consent to this transfer, which is necessary to provide the Service.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and listing information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting hello@lavault.com. Deleting your account also deletes your listings.

7. Children

LaVault is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under 18.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
